急な手術、入院が決まり以前お願いした方に連絡したところ病気の為に廃業したと言われてしまい、エ？余りにも予想外の返事に二重のショック受け大変焦りました。急なスケジュールで無理と言うのは予想してたので二日に一回３０分、時間帯はお任せで何とかお願いしますと言うつもりが・・・一ヵ月と言う期間も心配の一つでした。気を取り直してネットで探していると、どこもエリア外で試しに連絡したのですが、やはり断られてしまい更に焦りました。正直自分の病気の事より家族である猫の方が気がかりで、最悪友人にお願いするつもりでした。次に連絡したらOKをいただいたのがRallyさんでした。すぐに翌日来て頂き打ち合わせも支払いも済ませ安心して入院できました。丁寧な対応とLINE、何より動物好きが伝わる他の方が投稿された犬達の楽しそうな動画や写真を見れば安心て任せられるのではないでしょうか？次回も宜しくお願い致します。

今回複数回の1時間利用と、旅行で不在となるため12日間の朝晩1時間ずつのシッティングをお願いしました。
持病のてんかんがあるため、ペットホテルと悩んだ結果こちらでお願いする事にしたのですが、お薬の対応、ブラッシング、歯磨きなどのお世話に加え、ベランダの緑の水やりまでご対応頂いて感謝しかありません。
特筆すべきは、ご報告の際に送っていただける写真と動画が大変お上手。撮り方を教えて欲しいくらい、飼い主が撮るよりも可愛い犬たちの写真と動画に、旅行中も癒されておりました。
